Arova collects the following data to provide our service:
- Account information: Email address, name (provided during sign-up).
- Questionnaire responses: Room type, style preferences, budget range, and other answers you provide during the assessment.
- Photos: Images of your space that you upload for analysis.
- Usage data: Which product recommendations you click on, assessment history.
How We Use Your Data
- Generate personalized interior design assessments and product recommendations.
- Save your assessment history so you can revisit past results.
- Track product clicks for affiliate analytics (we earn commissions from qualifying Amazon purchases).
- Improve our service through aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.
Third-Party Services
When you click on a product, "View on [Company]," you will be redirected to the company's website. The company's own privacy policy governs your activity on their site. We use affiliate links and receive a commission on qualifying purchases.
Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, all assessments, photos, and personal data are permanently removed.
